Today started with a small ritual: drinking coffee from the Hetkiä-mugs I bought this summer. I am not sure how nice they seem to others but for people who have spent some time in Finland they might be really lovely because they represent simple yet nice moments from the everyday here. Like going fishing or spending time in the forest, being at the cottage or shopping fresh berries at the market place.
Saturday mornings are perfect for idle things like this: staring at a simple mug and recalling nice memories from here and there. Sometimes you really do not need that much to be happy for a while.
