What did you do for others today?

I like this new Pope. I am not religious, besides trying to keep the general human values and kind of ethics in my life, but he seems to be a trustworthy person to me. I like people who do not mind to get on the scene where things happen, care for others like poor and less educated-, or more unfortunate people.

Sometimes, when I look around I ask myself: why did WE went to the university, got a job, got the knowledge? Do we really deserve this power if we use it only for superficial b*llshit? Our lives get so boring that we get mental diseases from the boredom itself. "Ahh, I have so much time, I do not know what I should do with my life? Who should I be today? blabla"

People, get your *sses from the sofa, go out to the world and help others. There is enough people who could benefit from you unused energies, willing power, time and attention. Everything what happens online is just an illusion, the real life 3.0 is around you, may be closer than you think if you switch off the computer and look around in your close environment. Yes, food, sex, sports, power, money makes you happy, but the emptiness will find you from time to time, because these things burn so easily and can not be the fuel for someone`s soul in the long run..

I read some interesting idea in a book which was about that that god/life/love -or whatever you call it- shows itself to humans only through an encounter with an other human being. May be if we are less obsessed with ourselves, we can also transmit something good to others. I really do believe that anyone can find his/her personal way to do so.
