Not moving, but being somewhere else

Will be a bit abstract, but i just got lately what "not moving, but being somehwere else " can mean. If you are at a place where memories connect and you are able to be there as if it would be a totally clean place. Freedom might be something like this, if you look at people/places/objects and you understand that no matter what they used to be at this exact moment they are just what they are: a neutral flat, a neutral person, a neutral object...
