Our upcoming date with the Tuborg Christmas Brew

We are in the middle of setting up a proper plan for our this weekend`s visit to Copenhagen. So far so good: we have a list of the sights, some insider tips thanks to my friend Kinga. Plus we already know where our first trip will be: to Kronborg Slot which is the famous castle of Shakespeare`s Hamlet ("To be, or not to be").

Copenhagen seems to be an interesting place. Many international newspapers praise the food culture, or the design stores of the city. You can also do sightseeing by bike.

Of course, we also want to leave room for the unexpected, because there are less better feelings than wandering freely in an unknown city, and discover nice cafés, interesting places and meet kind strangers on the way.

It turned out today that we picked the right date for our arrival, because it will be an unofficial national holiday.

The release of the famous Christmas Tuborg (which is the unofficial start of the Christmas-race) will be exactly this Friday at 8:59 p.m. According to my friend who lives in Copenhagen this day is like "a national holiday when everyone gets drunk".

This is what the famous Christmas Tuborg looks like:

Yes, this is Scandinavia :)..
