Jindřich Štreit: Love

Photos by Jindřich Štreit Czech photographer from the times of Czechoslovakia from the 70s and 80s + nowadays. Just as in Hungarian there are two different words for "love" in Czech language. In Hungarian we have "szerelem" for the one which is more like a rush, and "szeretet" for the deeper essence of love, which is a form of bound when you care about a friend, or the family or other people in general. When you look at the photos it will be quite obvious which one is meant here.
It made me remember my grandma and one uncle of my Mum. With those people I had this kind of connection. And the third photo is just perfect in my opinion.
