If you are in Budapest, I recommend you to visit Füvészkert which is a botanic garden. It is not a main touristic sight, actually it is on a relatively small territory, but you will see beautiful flowers here from spring to late autumn.
If you go by metro, it is close to the Klinikák metro station on line M3 (blue).
